As Manager of Research & Innovation Division at PT Ganeca Environmental Services, Rafid Risandri Hikmat brings a multidisciplinary background in environmental engineering, technology, and management.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Institut Teknologi Nasional (ITENAS), Bandung, and his Master’s degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), with professional interests centered on environmental technology and management.
Drawing on experience across academia, environmental consulting, and higher education, Rafid contributes to the development of strategies, technologies, and environmental solutions designed to address practical challenges faced by industries and communities.
His role involves translating scientific knowledge into solutions that can be implemented in real operational environments, while ensuring that environmental performance, regulatory requirements, technological feasibility, and long-term sustainability remain closely connected.

Through the Research & Innovation Division, Rafid is involved in developing and advancing Ganeca’s environmental products and services across several key areas, including:
